ADC offers programs for campers in grades pre-k through 6th grade. The camp day runs from 9am-4pm. All children entering kindergarten through grade 6 may participate in the full day program. Transportation to and from camp is not provided. There is a weekly trip program for campers who have completed grades 3-6. All eligible campers must participate.
Our expanded Pre-K program consists of Art, Music, Sports and Games and offers everyday swimming in our private pool. Space is limited.
Our K-4 program has students taking part in daily activities such as: Swimming, Art, Music, Sports and Games, Nature, Storyland (Grades: Pre K-1) and
Discover Technology (Grades 2-4). All of our programs are taught by certified Ardsley teachers. Campers in the K-4 program will take part in our talent show of original songs, theme days and our color war.
Our Middle School Program (Grades 5-8) has students participating in daily activities such as: Swimming, Sports and Games, Art, Discover Technology, Music & Drama. Middle school campers also have a weekly choice program with options such as: Select Chorus, Self Defense, Acting & Improvisation, Project Adventure, Special Art and Discover Technology Projects and Team/Tournament Sports. Campers will also take part in Camper vs. Counselor competitions and talent shows.
Campers are grouped by grade level and are assigned counselors (primarily from our high school).
We are one of the best kept secrets in Westchester County. Our top-notch facilities include an indoor full-sized pool, woodworking shop, library and media center, Mac lab, gymasium, and several athletic fields.
All our programs are designed and run by experienced professionals that teach in the Ardsley School District. Many of our counselors were either campers here at ADC or students that our staff has taught or coached in our district.
